Scope of Work:
Capio Group is seeking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in implementing ITSM and ITAM practices to lead and support the development and rollout of ITSM processes and an ITAM program. The engagement will include assessing current processes and tool utilization, identifying gaps, and designing and implementing improvements aligned with ITSM principles. Initial efforts will prioritize establishing effective Incident Management, Change and Release Management, and Asset Management capabilities to ensure streamlined operations and enhanced service delivery.
The Project Manager will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Establishing plans and maintaining detailed documentation of all work, decisions,
meetings, and other relevant information related to this effort; - Conducting a high-level assessment of current state.
- Defining future-state requirements;
- Developing an implementation roadmap;
- Defining and documenting “to-be” processes;
- Establishing and documenting roles, responsibilities, and workflows for ITSM and ITAM;
defining clear ownership and accountability for services and processes; - Establishing performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPI’s), and dashboards
to monitor ITSM and ITAM effectiveness and drive improvement; - Ensuring continuous improvement by embedding feedback loops and maturity
assessments into processes and procedures to refine and expand ITSM capabilities; - Developing and implementing communication and adoption strategies; and
- Coaching, training, and leading staff through the implementation of approved changes.
- Must have five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible Project Manager experience applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
- At least three (3) years of applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
- Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Agile certifications, which will be verified. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience performing business process analysis including documenting as-is and to-be processes and business process improvement opportunities; defining business rules and developing workflows; performing solution analysis; and gathering requirements.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing ITSM practices including, assessing
current state, documenting areas/processes for improvement, developing workflows, and
supporting the implementation of the associated process changes. - Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing training materials and/or reference
guides, conducting user training, and performing process walkthroughs. - Minimum of five (5) years developing KPIs and creating reports and dashboards to
monitor performance and conformance related to ITSM and ITAM. - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience leading project or technical teams, developing
project and implementation plans, schedules, and timelines. - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in leading organizational change management
inclusive of communicating, training, and coaching staff and management personnel
through process change and adoption. - Must provide references for applicable projects meeting the requirements.
